Back Injury can be avoided by using a warm up technique. By simple twisting the body to the left and right, much of the harm can be avoided. There are a number of back exercises that can be used. When lifting, use your leg and buttock strength instead. It is imperative have a solid base, standing on stable ground such as concrete or solid wood, for your spine's support and by bending your knees. With correct warm up and exercises to increase strength, you can avoid completely Back Injury.
